The Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) conducted an investor awareness session in collaboration with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). The seminar apprised students aboutSECP’s role as the apex regulatory authority of non-banking sector. The speaker also discussed the importance of money management and elaborated investment avenues for them. A significant part of the session also focused on the investor education web portal Jamapunji as well.Students were briefed on its features, particularly the stock trading simulator which is an effective tool for experiencing the real trading practices. More than70students attended the event
