Here's how the process goes by.

• REIT Management Company (RMC) shall come out with an advertisement in newspapers publishing the date of launch of the new REIT including information on its distributors.

• Investors can contact the RMCs or their authorized distributors for the application forms and the offering documents of the REIT.

• Application forms can be submitted directly to the RMCs or through their authorized distributors. Prospective investors are advised to carefully read all constitutive documents so as to have a clear picture of the REIT's investment objectives, policies and risks.
